参芪降糖颗粒联合西药治疗2型糖尿病52例的临床研究

Clinical Study on Shenqi Jiangtang Granule Combined With Western Medicine in Treating 52 Cases of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨参芪降糖颗粒联合西药治疗52例2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法选择2016年7月—2017年7月于我院就诊的2型糖尿病患者104例,随机分两组各52例,对照组采用盐酸二甲双胍片治疗;治疗组联合参芪降糖颗粒治疗,观察两组临床效果。结果治疗组空腹血糖(FPG)下降至(6.21±1.03)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)下降至(6.34±2.12)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)下降至(5.96±1.02)%,均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)分别为(7.26±5.31)m U/L、(3.63±2.15),均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率3.8%,低于对照组的15.4%(P<0.05)。结论参芪降糖颗粒联合西药治疗2型糖尿病患者,可改善血糖控制和胰岛素抵抗,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of shenqi jiangtang granules combined with western medicine on 52 patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 104 patients with type 2 diabetes from July 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,52 in each group.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets; the treatment group was combined with shenqi jiangtang granules,and the clinical effects of two groups were observed.Results Fasting plasma glucose（FPG） decreased to（6.21±1.03） mmol/L,postprandial 2 h glucose（2 h PG） decreased to（6.34±2.12） mmol/L,and glycosylated hemoglobin（Hb A1 C） decreased to（5.96±1.02）% in treatment group,which were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）.The fasting insulin（FINS） and insulin resistance index（HOMA-IR） in the treatment group were（7.26±5.31）m U/L and（3.63±2.15） respectively,which were better than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 3.8%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group（15.4%）（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Shenqi jiangtang granules combined with west medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients can improve blood glucose control and insulin resistance.
