老年性白内障护理中优质护理的效果研究

Study on the Effect of High Quality Nursing in Senile Cataract Nursing

目的探讨老年性白内障护理中优质护理的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年8月我院收治的81例老年性白内障患者作为研究对象,将其根据摸球法分组,对照组(n=40)患者采用常规护理,观察组(n=41)在此基础上予以优质护理,对比两组术后视力恢复情况、住院时间及护理舒适度差异。结果观察组术后视力、住院时间均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(n<0.05);两组心理维度、社会维度、环境维度、生理维度评分对比差异具有统计学意义(n<0.05)。结论老年性白内障护理中优质护理的临床效果显著,舒适度高,可加快疾病康复进程。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing in senile cataract nursing.Methods 81 patients with senile cataract admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the ball touch method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group was given quality nursing on this basis.Postoperative visual acuity,hospital stay and nursing comfort were compared between the two groups.Results The visual acuity and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P 〈0.05）,and the scores of psychological dimension,social dimension,environment dimension and physiological dimension were significantly different between the two groups（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion In the nursing of senile cataract,the clinical effect of high quality nursing is remarkable,the comfort degree is high,it can speed up the process of disease rehabilitation.
