优化护理在急性心肌梗死患者急救中的效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察分析优化护理流程在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者急救中的临床应用效果。方法选择2016年1月—2017年12月我院急诊科收治的AMI患者96例作为研究对象,随机分为优化组和对照组,每组患者48例,对照组患者采用常规的急诊抢救流程,优化组患者实施优化护理流程,比较两组的分诊评估时间、建立静脉通路时间、心电图时间、抢救时间、住院时间、再行经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)率以及院内再发AMI率。结果与对照组比较,优化组患者的分诊评估时间、建立静脉通路时间、心电图时间、抢救时间、住院时间、再行PCI率以及再发AMI率均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化护理流程可以提高AMI患者的抢救效果,缩短抢救时间。 Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of optimized nursing flow in emergency treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 96 cases of AMI patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the optimization group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the routine emergency treatment process.The optimization group was optimized and the nursing process was optimized.The time of evaluation and evaluation of the two groups were compared and the venous access was established.Time,electrocardiogram time,rescue time,hospitalization time,percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) rate and AMI recurrence rate in hospital was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the time of diagnosis and evaluation,the time of establishing venous access,the time of electrocardiogram,the time of rescue,the time of hospitalization,the rate of PCI and the rate of re AMI were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05).Conclusion The optimized nursing process can significantly improve the rescue effect of AMI patients and shorten the time of rescue.
