高血压脑出血患者的整体护理方式及施行效果

The Holistic Nursing Method and Effect of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨高血压脑出血患者的整体护理方式及施行效果。方法按随机数字表法将2014年11月—2017年11月的50例高血压脑出血患者分组,对照组进行传统护理干预,实验组开展整体护理。比较效果。结果实验组高血压脑出血患者对护理服务满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组高血压脑出血疾病知晓率、治疗配合行为优于对照组,P<0.05;护理后实验组改良BI指数、神经功能NHISS评分、生活质量优于对照组,P<0.05。结论整体护理在高血压脑出血护理中的应用效果确切,可改善生活质量和提高满意度。

Objective To investigate effect of holistic nursing in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods According to the random number table method,50 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage from November 2014 to November 2017 were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional nursing intervention.The experimental group was given holistic nursing.The results were compared.Results In the experimental group,the satisfaction of nursing care in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was higher than that in the control group（P 〈0.05）.The awareness rate and treatment coordination behavior of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,P 〈0.05; after nursing,the BI index,neurological function NHISS score and quality of life in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,P 〈0.05.Conclusion The holistic nursing has an exact application in the nursing of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,which can improve the quality of life and increase the satisfaction.
