护理干预对宫外孕围术期患者心理状况的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Psychological Status of Patients With Perioperative Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探讨护理干预对宫外孕围手术期患者心理状况的影响。方法按随机数字表法将2014年6月—2017年6月50例剖宫产患者分组,对照组进行一般护理干预,实验组开展全面优质护理。比较效果。结果实验组剖宫产患者对护理服务满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组手术后住院时长、术中心率和体温优于对照组,P<0.05;护理后实验组焦虑抑郁状态优于对照组,P<0.05。实验组并发症率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论全面优质护理在剖宫产护理中的应用效果确切,可减轻患者不良心理,减少并发症,提升满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the psychological status of perioperative patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods According to the random number table method,50 cases of caesarean section patients from June 2014 to June 2017 were divided into two groups.The control group was given general nursing intervention.The experimental group was carried out comprehensive high-quality care.The results were compared.Results Satisfaction of patients in cesarean section of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,P 〈0.05.The length of hospital stay,the heart rate and body temperature after surgery in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,P 〈0.05; the anxiety and depression status of the experimental group after nursing was better than the control group,P 〈0.05.The complication rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P 〈0.05.Conclusion The application of comprehensive high-quality care in cesarean section care is effective,which can reduce the patient＇s bad psychology,reduce complications and increase satisfaction.
