互动健康教育模式在小儿骨折患者护理中的实施效果

Effect of Interactive Health Education Mode in Nursing Care of Children With Fracture

目的探究互动健康教育模式在小儿骨折患者护理中的实施效果。方法选择2016年1月—2017年5月我院收治的小儿骨折患儿共计82例为研究对象,按照不同护理方法均分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例。其中,对照组患儿给予常规健康教育模式,观察组患儿给予互动健康教育模式加以干预,比较两组患儿家属满意度以及护理情况。结果观察组家属护理满意度较对照组高(95.12%>73.17%);观察组家属骨折知识掌握程度、患儿功能完全恢复以及骨折愈合率等护理情况均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论针对小儿骨折患者采取互动健康教育护理模式加以干预,不仅有效加快其机体功能恢复进度,还有利于提高患儿家属满意度,促进其进一步掌握骨折方面的知识。

Objective To explore the effect of interactive health education mode in nursing care of children with fracture.Methods A total of 82 children with fracture of children in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research object.According to the different nursing methods,the children were divided into the observation group and the control group,41 cases in each group.The children in the control group were given routine health education mode,and the children in the observation group were given the interactive health education mode to compare the satisfaction of the family members of the two groups and the nursing situation.Results The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（95.12% 〉73.17%）,and the knowledge of the family members of the family members,the complete recovery of the function and the healing rate of the fracture of the observation group were better than the corresponding values of the control group,P 〈0.05.Conclusion The intervention of interactive health education and nursing mode for children with fracture is not only effective in accelerating the recovery of the body＇s function,but also in improving the satisfaction of the family members of the children and promoting the knowledge of the fracture.
