摘要
目的探讨关于糖尿病的肺结核患者适用的效果评价方法。方法通过研究人文护理结合的理论,选择2016年6月—2017年10月糖尿病肺结核患者62例,根据随机数字法分为观察组(n=31例)和对照组(n=31例)。观察组进行人文护理,将授权理论结合到护理干预中,对比组进行常规的护理。在两组患者干预前后,对健康教育知识的把握和药物、饮食、症状、心理、社会适应性等自我管理能力进行对比分析。结果干预前两组患者对健康教育知识的掌握程度和自我管理能力的得分比较差异不具有统计学意义,进行干预后,观察组患者的健康教育掌握的状况和自我管理能力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论人文护理结合授权理论在糖尿病肺结核患者中效果显著。
Objective To explore the effects of humanistic nursing combined with empowerment theory in patients with diabetic pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 62 patients with diabetic pulmonary tuberculosis were selected from June 2016 to October 2017 and were randomly divided into the observation group(n =31) using humanistic nursing combined with empowerment theory intervention and the control group(n =31) using routine nursing,the effect was compared between two groups.Results After the intervention,the mastery of knowledge about health education and self-management of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P 〈0.01).Conclusion The humanistic nursing combining empowerment theory has a great effect on patients with diabetic pulmonary tuberculosis.
