摘要
目的探索Mini-CEX在内分泌科住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法将2017年1—12月进入黑龙江省医院内分泌科进行住院医师规范化培训的学员随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各25名。对照组采用传统的教学方法,实验组采取传统的教学方法结合Mini-CEX教学方法。在入科及出科时分别用Mini-CEX量表对学员进行评分。结果学员出科测评分数均有所上升,实验组Mini-CEX各项考核分数提高幅度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Mini-CEX可以提高教学效果,改善教学质量。
Objective To explore the application of Mini-CEX in endocrinological residents standardized training. Methods The physicians join in endocrinological residents standardized training from January to December 2017 were selected. Physicians were divided into two groups, 25 cases in each group. The control group was given the traditional teaching method. The observation group was given both traditional and Mini-CEX teaching methods. All the physicians were examined by Mini-CEX. Results Compared with the entrance, the two groups’scores in the completion were all increased. The scores of Mini-CEX in observation group were higher than control group. The diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mini-CEX is helpful to increase efficiency of teaching and improve the quality of teaching.
