护理安全教育在护理技术操作教学中的应用研究

Application of Nursing Safety Education in Nursing Technology Operation Teaching

目的分析研究护理安全教育在护理技术操作教学中的应用。方法以62名实习护理人员为研究对象,随机分组,其中31名实验组实习人员在接受护理操作教学的基础上,进一步实施护理安全教育,另外31名对照组人员则仅接受常规教育。对比分析两组学习结束后产生的效果。结果数据统计表明,实验组成员考核成绩优于对照组成员,且实验组出现不良事件的例数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在开展护理技术操作教学的过程当中,进行必要的护理安全教育教学,能够在提高护理人员对护理工作理解度的同时,帮助他们形成正确的安全护理操作观念。

Objective To analyze and study the application of nursing safety education in nursing technology operation teaching. Methods In this study, 62 practice nursing staf were randomly divided into two groups. Among them, 31 students in the experimental group were carried out nursing safety education on the basis of nursing teaching. The other 31 students in control group were given routine education only. The efects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The test results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the number of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the process of nursing technology operation teaching, the necessary nursing safety education and teaching can improve nurses＇ understanding of nursing work and help them form a correct concept of safe nursing operation.
