彩色多普勒超声在泌尿系结石检查中的诊断意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在泌尿系结石检查诊断当中的临床意义。方法选取2016年12月—2018年2月我院收治的泌尿系统结石患者80例作为观察对象,随机分为两组,分别为X线检查组与超声检查组,每组40例患者。X线检查组采用X线摄片检查,超声检查组采用彩色多普勒超声检查。结果 X线检查组检出泌尿系结石28例,超声检查组检出泌尿系结石40例。两组检查方式比较,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查是泌尿系统结石疾病诊断的有效方式,能够有效提高临床诊断准确率,促进治疗与恢复。 Objective To explore the clinical signifcance of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of urinary calculi. Methods 80 patients with urinary calculi treated in our hospital from December 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, the X-ray examination group and the ultrasound examination group, 40 cases in each group. X ray examination was performed in the X-ray group, and color Doppler ultrasonography was used in the ultrasound examination group. Results 28 cases of urinary stones were found in X-ray examination group, and 40 cases in urinary tract stones in ultrasound examination group. There was a signifcant diference in the data between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is the most effective method for diagnosis of urinary calculi disease. It can effectively improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and promote the treatment and recovery.
