腓骨近端截骨、关节镜治疗膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎研究

Proximal Fibula Osteotomy and Arthroscopic in the Treatment of Medial Compartment Osteoarthritis of the Knee

目的探讨对膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎患者行腓骨近端截骨、关节镜的治疗效果。方法选入我院于2015年4月—2016年4月所接收的膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎患者共8例,所有患者均行关节镜清理联合腓骨近端截骨手术治疗,对患者手术前以及手术后的VAS评分、HSS评分等指标进行评定。结果 8例患者切口愈合完全,只有1例患者手术后出现了足背麻木感,踝关节功能正常。手术后对患者随访1年,7例患者较手术前有一定改善,1例没有改善。结论通过对膝关节骨关节炎患者行腓骨近端截骨术治疗,临床操作方法简单,对患者的创伤性小,有效对膝关节功能进行改善。

Objective To explore the efect of proximal fbula osteotomy and arthroscopy in the treatment of medial compartment osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods 8 patients with medial compartment osteoarthritis of the knee joint from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected. All the patients were treated with arthroscopic cleaning combined with proximal fibula osteotomy, and the VAS score and HSS score were evaluated before and after the operation. Results The incision healed completely in 8 patients. Only 1 patients had numbness on the dorsum of foot and ankle function was normal after operation. After surgery the patients were followed up for 90 day to 1 year, 7 patients were compared before surgery have improved, 1 patients did not improve. Conclusion Through the proximal peroneal osteotomy for the patients with osteoarthritis of the knee, the clinical operation method is simple, the trauma of the patients is small and the function of the knee joint is improved efectively.
