骨龄评价-环境干预在儿童身高促进中的应用

Application of Bone Age Assessment-Environmental Intervention in the Promotion of Children's Height

目的分析骨龄评价-环境干预在儿童身高促进中的应用效果。方法以我院2016年2月—2017年8月接诊≥3岁发育迟缓儿童中的57例为观察对象,对其提供骨龄评价-环境干预,分析比较干预前后身高年生长速率、不同年龄的身高变化。结果干预后,患儿身高年增长速率高于干预前,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,不同年龄患儿的身高逐渐增高,且明显高于干预前,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨龄评价-环境干预对儿童身高促进起到了积极的作用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of bone age assessment and environmental intervention in promoting height of children. Methods Fifty-seven children aged ≥ 3 years with developmental delay during our hospital from February 2016 to August 2017 were observed and provided with bone age assessment-environmental intervention. The annual growth rate of height before and after intervention and the height changes of diferent ages were analyzed and compared. Results After the intervention, the annual growth rate of the height of the children was higher than before the intervention, and the diference was signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. After the intervention, the height of the children of diferent ages gradually increased, and was signifcantly higher than before the intervention, and the diference was signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The bone age assessment-environmental intervention plays a positive role in the promotion of children＇s height.
