LED红蓝光联合胶原蛋白敷料治疗面部寻常痤疮40例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of 40 Cases of Facial Vulgaris Acne With Red and Blue LED Light Combined With Collagen Wound Dressing

目的讨论LED红蓝光联合胶原蛋白敷料治疗各级面部寻常痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法治疗组40例患者采用红蓝光联合照射,对照组40例患者按照中国痤疮治疗指南(2014年修订版)推荐的治疗方案:轻度患者外用0.1%维A酸乳膏;中度患者口服盐酸多西环素加外用0.1%维A酸乳膏;重度痤疮患者口服异维A酸,同时克林霉素凝胶与0.1%维A酸乳膏交替外用。两组患者均联合使用胶原蛋白敷料。结果治疗组患者在治疗2周后、治疗4周后、治疗6周后、治疗8周后的总有效率分别为62.5%、72.5%、77.5%、80.0%,对照组患者在治疗2周后、治疗4周后、治疗6周后、治疗8周后的总有效率为40.0%、50.0%、55.0%、57.5%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LED红蓝光联合胶原蛋白敷料治疗轻、中度痤疮见效快,重度痤疮治疗时见效则相对较慢,疗效均较好,对皮肤没有刺激,操作简便,迎合患者要求健康、美容的治疗心理。

Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of the red and blue LED light combined with collagen wound dressing treatment for all levels of facial vulgaris acne. Methods In treatment group, 40 patients were irradiated with red and blue LED jointly. Control group of 40 patients, according to the recommended treatment of China acne treatment guide （2014 Revision） treat patients with mild acne with topical 0.1% tretinoin cream; treat patients with moderate acne with oral hydrochloride doxycycline and topical 0.1% tretinoin cream; treat patients with severe acne with oral isotretinoin, topical clindamycin gel and 0.1% tretinoin cream alternately. Both groups of patients were treated with collagen wound dressing. Results The efficiency of treatment group after two weeks, four weeks, six weeks, eight weeks of treatment were respectively 62.5%, 72.5%, 77.5% and 80.0%. In the control group ,the efficiency after two weeks, four weeks, six weeks, eight weeks of treatment were 40.0%, 50.0%, 55.0%, 57.5%. The difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The red and blue LED light combined with collagen wound dressing treatment of mild to moderate acne was quickly efcient, while it’s relatively slow in treatment of severe acne. Both efects are good. There’s no skin irritation. It’s easy to operate, can meet the requirements of the patient for health and beauty.
