短期胰岛素强化治疗对2型糖尿病的短期疗效研究

Short-term Effect of Short-term Intensive Insulin Therapy on Type 2 Diabetes

目的研究在2型糖尿病治疗中使用短期胰岛素强化治疗的短期疗效。方法选取我院收治的100例2型糖尿病患者,研究时间为2016年8月—2017年8月,以盲选法随机分组,就一般降糖方法(n=50,对照组)与短期胰岛素强化治疗方法(n=50,研究组)的效果展开研究。比较两组患者治疗后的血糖指标。结果研究组患者的血糖水平中空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖及胰岛β细胞功能指数指标均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病治疗中应用短期胰岛素强化治疗,有效的降低了患者的血糖水平,实现了对血糖指标的有效控制,疗效快速有效,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of short-term intensive insulin therapy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods From August 2016 to August 2017, 100 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital were selected and randomly selected by blind selection. The efects of general hypoglycemic therapy （n=50, contrast group） and short-term intensive insulin therapy （n=50, research group） were studied. The blood glucose levels after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The blood sugar water of the patients in the study group was lower than that of the contrast group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Short term intensive insulin therapy in type 2 diabetes mellitus can efectively reduce the blood sugar level of patients. The curative efect is fast and efective, and has high clinical application value.
