布地奈德联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Budesonide Combined With Montelukast in Treatment of Children With Asthma

目的探究布地奈德气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法选择2017年1—12月我院100例哮喘患儿,将上述患儿按随机数表法分为两组,对照组接受布地奈德气雾剂治疗,观察组加用孟鲁司特治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组50例,临床控制13例,显效23例,有效12例,治疗有效率为96.0%,优于对照组的78.0%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿第1秒用力呼气量(2.7±0.2)L、用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(62.5±7.2)%,显著优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德气雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical efect of budesonide aerosol combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with asthma. Methods 100 children with asthma in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with budesonide aerosol, and the observation group was treated with montelukast, and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results 50 cases in observation group, 13 cases in clinical control, 23 cases in marked efect, 12 cases in efective, the efective rate of treatment was 96.0%, better than 78.0% in control group, the diference between groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The frst second forced expiratory volume （2.7±0.2） L and forced expiratory volume occupancy vital capacity ratio （62.5±7.2） in the observation group were signifcantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Budesonide aerosol combined with montelukast is efective in treating children with asthma.
