多西紫杉醇与紫杉醇联合顺铂放化疗治疗宫颈癌的疗效对比

Comparison of the Efficacy of Docetaxel and Paclitaxel Plus Cisplatin in the Treatment of Cervical Cancer

目的观察多西紫杉醇与紫杉醇联合顺铂同步放化疗治疗晚期宫颈癌的疗效。方法在2017年3月—2018年3月开展研究,选择80例无特殊性晚期宫颈癌患者作为案例进行分析。随机分为实验组与常规组。常规组采取紫杉醇联合顺铂进行化疗治疗,实验组采取多西紫杉醇联合顺铂进行化疗治疗。分析实验组与常规组在治疗效果和不良反应方面的差异。结果总有效率方面实验组患者的优势突出,与常规组患者相比数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的不良反应发生率低于常规组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多西紫杉醇联合顺铂同步放化疗治疗晚期宫颈癌的疗效更加突出。

Objective To compare the efcacy of docetaxel and paclitaxel plus cisplatin concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. Methods 80 patients with advanced cervical cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research cases. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the routine group. The conventional group was given chemotherapy with paclitaxel and cisplatin, while the experimental group was given chemotherapy with docetaxel and cisplatin. The therapeutic effects and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total efective rate of the experimental group was superior to that of the conventional group （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Docetaxel combined with cisplatin concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer is more prominent.
