舒适护理服务在老年康复护理中的实践效果

The Effect of Comfortable Nursing Servicein Elderly Rehabilitation Nursing

目的观察老年康复护理中应用舒适护理服务的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年6月—2018年2月收治的60例老年康复治疗患者,按照不同护理方式采用随机抽签法分为实验组(30例,实施舒适护理服务)和对照组(30例,实施常规护理服务),通过抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)分别评估两组患者抑郁、焦虑状况,对比两组患者护理前后SDS评分、SAS评分。结果两组患者护理后SDS评分、SAS评分相比护理前均有所下降(P<0.05),但实验组患者护理后SDS评分、SAS评分更低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年康复护理中实施舒适护理服务的效果良好,可有效缓解患者负面情绪,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efect of comfortable nursing service in elderly rehabilitation nursing. Methods 60 cases of elderly rehabilitation treatment in our hospital from June 2017 to February 2018 were selected and divided into experimental group （30 cases, comfortable nursing service） and control group （30 cases, routine nursing service）, and the self rating Depression Scale （SDS） and self rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） were used in diferent nursing methods. Self-rating depression scale （SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） were used to evaluate the depression and anxiety of the two groups, and the SDS scores and SAS scores were compared before and after nursing care. Results The scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing （P 〈 0.05）, but the SDS score and SAS score of the patients in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The efect of comfortable nursing service in elderly rehabilitation nursing is good, which can efectively relieve negative emotions and improve the quality of life of patients.
