孕期助产士一对一全程健康指导护理对自然分娩的影响

Influence of One to One Health Guidance Nursing on Natural Childbirth in Midwives

目的探讨孕期助产士一对一全程健康指导护理模式对自然分娩的影响。方法选取2018年1—3月在我院分娩的单胎妊娠孕产妇810例,随机分为观察组(n=405)和对照组(n=405)。其中对照组孕妇在院期间给予常规产检以及门诊指导,观察组产妇每人配备一名助产士,给予全程健康指导护理模式,比较两组产妇的自然分娩率以及产程时间。结果观察组产妇的自然分娩率为40.49%,明显的高于对照组产妇的自然分娩率28.64%(P<0.05);且观察组产妇的第一产程、第二产程、总产程用时明显的短于对照组产妇(P<0.05)。结论孕期助产士一对一全程健康指导护理模式对产妇具有积极的影响,可以有效的提高产妇的自然分娩率,缩短产程的时间。

Objective To explore the influence of one to one health guidance nursing mode on natural childbirth in midwives. Methods 810 cases of single pregnancy pregnant women who were delivered in our hospital from January to March 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group （n=405） and the control group （n=405）. The pregnant women in the control group were given routine examination and outpatient guidance during the hospital. The observation group was equipped with a midwife, given the whole course of health guidance and nursing, and the natural childbirth rate and labor time of the two groups were compared. Results The natural childbirth rate of parturients in the observation group was 40.49%, which was obviously higher than the natural delivery rate of 28.64% （P 〈 0.05）. In the control group, and the frst, second and total labor history of the observation group was signifcantly shorter than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The pregnant midwives＇ one to one health guidance nursing mode has a positive infuence on the parturient, which can efectively improve the natural childbirth rate of the parturient and shorten the time of labor.
