间苯三酚与同侧俯卧位用于胎方位异常分娩的效果

Effect of Phloroglucinol and Ipsilateral Prone Position on Abnormal Delivery of Fetal Orientation

目的分析间苯三酚与同侧俯卧位用于胎方位异常分娩的临床效果。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月我院收治的胎方位异常分娩患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组使用间苯三酚与同侧俯卧位分娩,对照组采用自由卧位常规分娩,对比分娩结果。结果观察组患者第一产程用时短于对照组,自然分娩率高于对照组,宫颈水肿率低于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚与同侧俯卧位用于胎方位异常分娩具有良好的助产效果,能够保证产妇分娩安全。

Objective To analyze the clinical efect of phloroglucinol andipsilateral prone position for abnormal delivery of fetal orientation.Methods 90 cases of abnormal delivery of fetal azimuth in ourhospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into theobservation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was given phloroglucinol and ipsilateral proneposition, the control group was given the free lying position routinedelivery, and the delivery results were compared. Results The frst stageof labor in the observation group was shorter than that of the controlgroup. The rate of natural delivery was higher than that of the controlgroup. The rate of cervix edema was lower than that of the controlgroup. The diference of the data was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Phloroglucinol and ipsilateral prone position are efective inthe delivery of abnormal fetal orientation, which can ensure the safetyof delivery.
