临床护理路径在血液透析患者双腔透析导管中的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Path in Double Lumen Dialysis Catheters for Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨临床护理路径在血液透析留置深静脉双腔透析导管护理中的作用。方法选取2015年2月—2017年4月血液透析留置深静脉双腔透析导管患者88例根据护理方法分组。对照组用基础护理方案,观察组开展临床护理路径。比较两组护理满意度;导管留置天数、血液透析留置深静脉双腔透析导管知识认知、置管配合度;护理前后患者不良心理因子评分。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组导管留置天数、血液透析留置深静脉双腔透析导管知识认知、置管配合度优于对照组,P<0.05;护理后观察组不良心理因子评分优于对照组,P<0.05。结论临床护理路径在血液透析留置深静脉双腔透析导管护理中的作用确切,可提高认知和配合度,延长导管留置天数,减轻患者不良情绪,提高满意程度。

Objective To explore the role of clinical nursing pathway in hemodialysis patients with deep vein double lumen dialysis catheter. Methods From February 2015 to April 2017, 88 patients with hemodialysis and deep vein double lumen catheter were divided into groups according to nursing methods. The control group was given basic nursing plan, and the observation group carried out clinical nursing pathway. The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared, the number of catheterization days, the knowledge cognition of dialytic dialysis catheter in deep vein and the degree of catheterization, and the bad psychological factor score of the patients before and after nursing were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05; The number of catheterization days in the observation group, the knowledge cognition of the double cavity dialysis catheter in the deep vein and the degree of catheterization were superior to the control group, P 〈 0.05; the bad psychological factor score of the observation group after nursing was better than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The role of clinical nursing path in the nursing of deep vein dialytic dialysis catheter in hemodialysis can improve cognition and coordination, prolong the number of catheterization days, reduce the bad mood of the patients and improve the degree of satisfaction.
