摘要
改革开放40年来,我国成人教育事业取得了辉煌的成就,它对于提高我国总人口素质、服务经济建设,以及提升我国教育事业总体水平均做出了突出的贡献。成人教育是一个庞大的系统,具有教育对象的广泛性、教育层次的多级化和教育类型的多元化等特点,其实践的发展与成人教育政策的推动密不可分。换言之,一部中国成人教育发展史就是一部中国成人教育政策史。本文系统梳理和分析了我国成人教育政策的历史演进脉络和价值演进逻辑,展望了我国成人教育政策的未来发展。
In the 40 years of The Reform and Opening Up,China's adult education has achieved brilliant achievements,which has made outstanding contributions to improving the overall quality of our population,serving the economic construction and increasing the overall level of education. As a huge system,adult education has the features of extensive education objects,multi-level education and diversified education types,whose practice development is closely related to the promotion of its policy. In other words,a development history of Chinese adult education is equivalent to the history of the Chinese adult education policy.This paper systematically reviews the historical evolution of China's adult education policy and the logic of its value evolution,and presents the developing trend in the future.
