摘要
教育生态学理论为分析终身教育体系构建问题提供了新的思路。借助"生态系统"和"生态平衡"思想,终身教育体系构建被视为维持整个教育生态系统平衡而进行调节的手段。因此,终身教育体系价值的人本性和社会性、要素的复杂性和关联性、运行的系统性和协调性,要求其必须变革仅以"学校"作为轴心的传统教育体系,确立可持续发展的构建目标,发挥多元教育主体的基础作用,消除教育资源供给差异,营造终身学习文化氛围。
The educational ecology theory provides new thoughts for the construction of lifelong education system,which is regarded as an adjusting means of maintaining the balance of the whole educational ecosystem with the help of " ecosystem" and " ecological balance". Therefore,these features of lifelong education system,such as the humanism and sociality of its value,the complexity and relatedness of its elements,the systematism and coordination of the operation,call for transforming the traditional school-centered educational system,establishing the sustainable and ecological consciousness,giving full play to multiple subjects,actively eliminating the education difference in resources supply and creating a cultural atmosphere with the help of information technology.
