Development and Application of Axial Power Test System Based on LabVIEW Platform

本文阐述了基于LabVIEW平台的轴功率测试系统的开发与应用,简述了轴功率测试系统的主要功能和技术指标、组成、测量原理。并通过台架与水力测功器对比测试,验证了测试系统的准确性和可靠性,对判断柴油机的性能及故障分析具有重要的意义。

This paper describes the development and application of the axial power test system based on LabVIEW platform. The main function and technical index, composition and measuring principle of shaft power test system are introduced. By comparing test with hydraulic dynamometer, the accuracy and reliability of the test system are verifed, which is of great signifcance to judge the performance and fault analysis of diesel engine.
