摘要
"海洋地质十号"调查船是一艘重量轻、航速快的船舶。该船对船舶重量控制严格,对舱室围壁板选用了厚度为4 mm的薄板。薄板变形控制是该船建造的最大难点。本文从薄板建造的各个环节(原材料来货、数控下料、拼板、片体制作、薄板加强保型、薄板开孔、薄板吊运、薄板火工调型作业、焊材选用、焊脚控制等)分析薄板变形的原因和采取的防变形措施,使变形得到了有效控制。
The geophysical research vessel “HAIYANGDIZHISHIHAO” is a light, agile and speediness vessel. Because Weight control is strict, tank bulkhead chooses 4 mm plate. Thin plate distortion control is the biggest difficulty of vessel building. This paper analyses the causes of thin plate distortion and explain how to prevent distortion during every phase of thin plate building, including steel plate arrival, numerical control nesting, splicing plate, unit building, reinforcing thin plate, opening hole, lifting, flame Straightening, welding material selection, welding leg controlling in order that the distortion is controlled.
