摘要
职业生涯规划课程的低效性使其处于隔岸观火、隔靴搔痒的尴尬境地。教师将九宫格统合绘画技术应用于大学生职业生涯规划课程中,可通过心理学心理投射技术来克服生涯规划课程内容僵化不实用的弊端,进一步促进人职匹配、强化规划意识、引导生涯决策,有效提升了职业生涯规划课程的实效。
The inefficient of career planning classroom teaching induces its embarrassment. With the help of projective Nine in one Drawing Method in career planning classroom teaching, teachers could o vercome the disadvantage of the career, promote person position fit, strengthen the consciousness of career planning and conduct decision making, thus it will be effective to improve the career planning classroom teaching.
