摘要
我国中部地区H省3所新建本科院校268名教师工作满意度总体上处于中等偏下水平。从工作满意度五个维度看,工作本身满意度水平最高,其次为工作环境满意度、人际关系满意度,领导管理满意度、福利报酬满意度水平最低且在临界水平以下。新建本科院校教师工作满意度在性别、年龄、学历、职称、教龄、月基本工资等方面存在显著差异,在学科、婚姻状况方面不存在显著差异。
A questionnaire survey was conducted on the job satisfaction of 268 teachers from 3 newly es tablished undergraduate colleges and universities in H province in central China. The research demon strates that the overall level of job satisfaction is below the medium level. The job satisfaction is corn posed of five dimensions: work itself satisfaction, work environment satisfaction, relationship satisfac tion, leader management satisfaction, payment and welfare satisfaction in order from highest to lowest The difference of participants' job satisfaction are significant in some variables, such as gender, age, ed ucation background, professional title, seniority, the basic monthly wage and etc. And there is no sig nificant difference in subjects and marital status.
