摘要
文章探讨除草剂苯磺隆对党参幼苗叶片的光合特性的影响。采用温室盆栽法研究了除草剂苯磺隆不同浓度处理对党参幼苗生长、光合机理的影响。喷施药剂3 d后,对党参幼苗的叶绿素含量(Chl)、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)及胞间CO2浓度(Ci)进行测定。试验结果表明,不同浓度的苯磺隆对党参幼苗的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率的影响均是随着苯磺隆浓度的增加逐渐降低,而胞间CO2浓度会随着苯磺隆浓度的增加先降低然后略有升高。除草剂苯磺隆严重抑制了党参幼苗叶片的光合作用,因此不建议使用。
In order to study the effects of phenylsulfonamide on photosynthetic characteristics of codonopsis pilosula seedling leaves.The effects of different concentration of phenylsulfonone on growth and photosynthetic mechanism of dangshen seedling were studied in greenhouse.The experimental results showed that the effects of different concentrations of phenylsulfonamide on chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of codonopsis pilosula seedlings were gradually decreased with the increase of the concentration of phenylsulfonamide.The intercellular CO2 concentration decreases first and then increases slightly with the increase of the concentration of phenylsulfonamide.The herbicide tribenuron severely inhibits photosynthesis in the seedling leaves of codonopsis pilosula,so it is not recommended.
