背负式轻便卷枣机设计

摘要 针对目前国内关于采摘水果机械化低且果农劳动量大问题,目前市场主流的两种方法:一是杆振法,用杆敲打树枝,易损伤枣果,下落的枣果不易做防护以及收集处理。二是振摇法,一定振幅摇晃树干,频率与振幅不易调控,需小型机械设备价格不宜,易损伤树干,同样有上述杆振法的收集问题。针对上述问题以及对市场与农业种植的调查,设计一款背负式轻便卷枣机,成本低,实用性强,小型化设计,单个零件易于更换,方便维修,便于长久使用。 In view of the problem of low mechanization of picking fruit in China and large amount of labor of fruit farmers,the two mainstream methods in the market at present are the bar vibration method,which knocks on the branches with the bar,which is easy to damage the jujubes,and the fallen jujubes are not easy to protect and collect.Second,the vibration method,a certain amplitude shaking the tree trunk,frequency and amplitude is not easy to control,the price of small mechanical equipment is not appropriate,easy to damage the tree trunk,the same as the above rod vibration collection problem.In view of the above problems and the investigation of the market and agricultural cultivation,the design of a backpack portable jujube machine,low cost,strong practicality,miniaturized design,easy to replace individual parts,easy to repair,easy to use for a long time.
