柳氮磺吡啶保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Sulfasalazine Retention Enema in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的:探讨应用柳氮磺吡啶保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选取本院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者88例为本次研究对象;以患者知情同意作为前提,将纳入研究的患者随机分组为对照组与研究组,其中对照组患者给予常规的美沙拉嗪口服治疗,研究组患者则采用柳氮磺吡啶保留灌肠治疗;对比观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、病情复发情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后观察对比,研究组治疗总有效率93.18%高于对照组77.27%,而复发率4.55%与不良反应发生率6.82%则分别低于对照组患者复发率18.18%与不良反应发生率22.73%(P<0.05)。结论:应用柳氮磺吡啶保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,不良反应与复发率较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of sulfamyridine retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods： 88 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The patients in the control group were given the routine oral treatment of mesalazine, while the patients in the study group were treated with sulfasalazine retention enema. The clinical efficacy, relapse and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment, observation and comparison were made. The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group （77.27）, but the recurrence rate was 4.55 and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.82, respectively, which was lower than that in the control group （18.18） and the incidence of adverse reactions （22.73%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Salazapyridine retention enema is effective in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, and its adverse reaction and recurrence rate are low.
