补肾促孕方联合克罗米芬治疗排卵功能障碍不孕症的临床观察

Clinical studies of Bushen Cuyun Decoction and clomiphene in treatment of ovulatory dysfunction infertility

目的:评价自拟方补肾促孕方联合克罗米芬改善排卵功能障碍不孕症的疗效。方法:将46例来北京中医医院延庆医院妇科治疗排卵功能障碍不孕症的患者随机分为治疗组23例和对照组23例,治疗组使用补肾促孕方联合克罗米芬治疗,对照组单纯使用克罗米芬进行治疗,并对照观察两组在临床症状、排卵率、妊娠率及子宫内膜厚度等方面的改善情况。结果:治疗组排卵率为81.82%,对照组为52.17%,两组比较有差异;治疗组妊娠率为65.21%,对照组为34.78%,两组比较有差异;治疗组子宫内膜增厚率为36.4%,对照组为1.6%,治疗组子宫内膜增厚明显于对照组;对于中医证候的缓解,治疗组有效率为87.00%,对照组有效率为43.47%;两组对于妊娠过程和妊娠结局的影响无差别。结论:中药补肾促孕方联合克罗米芬对排卵功能障碍不孕症患者,能有效提高其排卵率,改善机体内环境,明显提高受孕率,疗效显著。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of Bushen Cuyun Decoction on infertile patients with ovulation dysfunction. Meth ods： 46 patients with ovulation dysfunction irffertility were randomly divided into treatment group （23 cases） and control group （23 cases）. The treatment group was treated with BuShen Cuyun decoction and clomiphene, and the control group was treated with clomiphene alone. The endometrial thickening in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion： Bushen Cuyun Decoction combined with clomiphene can effectively improve the ovu lation rate,improve the inner-environment and improve the pregnancy rate obviously, the curative effect is remarkable.
