摘要
以棕榈油作为原材料合成增塑剂HZS-302,棕榈油指标(以熔点计),氢氧化钠用量,氯化锌和氯化钙相对比及混合物用量,进行正交试验,结果表明最佳条件为:选择熔点为49℃~52℃的棕榈油,氢氧化钠的用量15份,氯化锌和氯化钙(相对比15∶1)用量16份(以棕榈油重量为100份计),在最佳条件下所制得十批样品均符合倍耐力公司同类产品的指标要求。
The plasticizer HZS-302 was synthesized by using palm oil as raw material. Orthogonal test was carried out on palm oil index(melting point meter),sodium hydroxide dosage,relative ratio of zinc chloride and calcium chloride,and mixture dosage. The results showed that the best conditions were: palm oil with melting point 49 ℃ ~ 52 ℃,15 parts of sodium hydroxide,16 parts(100 copies of palm oil weight) of zinc and calcium chloride( in comparison with 15 ∶ 1). The obtained ten samples under the best conditions all meet the requirements of the same products of Pirelli Company.
