摘要
采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)法建立4.8%苯醚甲环唑·咯菌腈种子处理悬浮剂含量检测方法。采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法,以22%水溶液(含0.1%甲酸)+78%甲醇为流动相,使用以Agilent Eclipse Plus-C18、1.8μm为填料的不锈钢柱和MSD检测器,对试样中的苯醚甲环唑和咯菌腈进行测定,外标法定量。该分析方法的苯醚甲环唑和咯菌腈线性相关系数分别为0.999 9和0.999 9,变异系数分别为1.45%和1.41%,平均回收率分别为110.51%和75.64%。该方法操作简单,准确度、精密度及灵敏度均满足要求,可用于4.8%苯醚甲环唑·咯菌腈种子处理悬浮剂含量检测。
A method for the determination of suspension concentrate of 4. 8% diphenoxazole pylocyanonitrile seed was established by HPLC-MS/MS. By HPLC-MS/MS with 22% aqueous solution containing 0. 1% formic acid + 78% methanol as the mobile phase,using Agilent Eclipse Plus C18,1. 8μm as the packingfor stainless steel column and MSD detector,the diphenoxazole and pylocyanonitrile in the sample were determined and the external standard method was quantified. The linear correlation coefficient of difenoconazole and pylocyanonitrile was 0. 9999 and 0. 9999 respectively,and the coefficient of variation was 1. 45% and 1. 41% respectively,and the average recovery rate was 110. 51% and 75. 64%,respectively. The method is simple,accurate,accurate and sensitive,and can be applied to the determination of suspension concentrate of 4. 8% difenoconazole pylocyanonitrile seed.
