关于热电装置锅炉超低排放设计方案比较

摘要 山西潞安高硫煤清洁利用油化电热一体化项目热电装置,配套建设4×410 t/h高压粉煤锅炉。锅炉烟气排放执行《火电厂大气污染物排放标准GB13223-2011》中新建一般地区燃煤机组标准执行:NOx100 mg/Nm^3、SO_2100 mg/Nm^3、烟尘30 mg/Nm^3。潞安高硫煤清洁利用油化电热一体化项环评批复要求热电装置烟气排放达到超低排放标准(NOx 50 mg/Nm^3、SO_235mg/Nm^3、烟尘5 mg/Nm^3)。 Shanxi Lu’an high-sulfur coal clean utilization of oil and electricity heating integration project thermoelectric device is supported with the construction of 4 × 410 t/h high-pressure pulverized coal boiler. The implementation of the standard GB13223 2011 for the emission standard of the atmospheric pollutants in the thermal power plant is implemented in the general area of the standard for coal fired units: NOx 100 mg/Nm3,SO2100 mg/Nm3,and smoke 30 mg/Nm3. The clean utilization of high-sulfur coal in Lu’an is used for the integration of the oil and electric heating. The emission of the flue gas of the thermoelectric device is required to meet the ultra-low emission standards( NOX 50 mg/Nm3,SO235 mg/Nm3,smoke 5 mg/Nm3).
