摘要
低温甲醇洗脱除CO_2属于净化原料气的一种方式,在国内已经获得了广泛的认可与应用。低温甲醇洗是种物理吸收法,已成为当下极具发展前景的气体净化方法。酸性气体泛指煤化工和燃气转化程序里生成的H2S、CO_2及其他硫化物。CO_2、H2S的水溶液都显酸性反应,原料气里的CO_2、H2S能经低温甲醇洗工艺脱除掉,从而获得净化的原料气。
The removal of carbon dioxide from methanol at low temperature is a way to purify raw gas. It has been widely recognized and applied in China. Low-temperature methanol washing is a kind of physical absorption method,which has become a promising gas purification method. Acidic gases refer to hydrogen sulfide,carbon dioxide and other sulfides generated in coal chemical and gas conversion processes. The water solution of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide has an acid reaction,and the carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide in the raw gas can be removed by the low temperature methanol washing process to get the purified raw gas.
