摘要
在硅太阳电池的丝网印刷工艺中,金属浆料可以通过一定的工艺形成电极,但存在于电池非印刷区域的金属浆料却会造成电池片的外观不良和漏电缺陷。依据金属银、铝与酸碱的化学反应原理,以降低硅太阳能产业的生产成本为出发点,通过酸碱清洗法,去除硅太阳能印刷过程中金属浆料造成的电池缺陷,旨在提高印刷返洗过程中电池片的质量与电学性能,完善硅太阳能印刷的返洗流程。
In the screen printing process of silicon solar cells,the metal slurry can form electrodes through a certain process,but the metal slurry existing in the non-printed area of the battery will cause poor appearance and leakage defects of the battery sheet. Based on the chemical reaction principle of metallic silver,aluminum and acid-base,this paper takes the production cost reduction of silicon solar energy industry as the starting point,and removes the battery defects caused by metal slurry during silicon solar energy printing by acidbase cleaning method. The purpose is to improve the quality and electrical performance of the battery plate during the printing rewash process,and to improve the rewash flow of silicon solar printing.
