摘要
对煤化工系统中仪表装置典型故障进行了分析,并基于层次分析理论,构建了煤化工系统仪表故障分析模型,阐述了煤化工系统仪表应用时需注意的事项,通过利用故障分析模型能够更加准确的掌握仪表运行状态,从而确保煤化工系统能够安全与可靠的运行。
The typical fault of instrument device in coal chemical system is analyzed. Based on the theory of analytic hierarchy process,the analysis model of instrument fault in coal chemical system is constructed,and the matters needing attention in the application of coal chemical system instrument are expounded. The operation state of instrument can be mastered more accurately by using the fault analysis model so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the coal chemical system.
