化工防爆电气设备的合理选择及运行维护方案分析

Reasonable selection of chemical explosion-proof electrical equipment and analysis of operation and maintenance plan

为了保证防爆电气设备选取的合理性,制定可行性较高的设备运行维护方案,本文提出化工防爆电气设备的合理选择及运行维护方案分析研究。首先,提出划分爆炸区域方法,依据设备性能,合理选取防爆电气设备。其次,对设备进行风险评估,依据区域划分结果,制定运维方案。最后,分析方案的可行性。实践结果表明,制定的运行维护方案可行性较高,满足运维需求。

In order to ensure the reasonableness of the selection of explosion-proof electrical equipment and make a feasible scheme for equipment operation and maintenance,this paper puts forward the rational selection of the chemical explosion-proof electrical equipment and the analysis and study of the operation and maintenance scheme. First,the method of dividing the explosion area is proposed,and the explosion-proof electrical equipment is reasonably selected according to the performance of the equipment. Secondly,the risk assessment of equipment is carried out,and the operation and maintenance plan is formulated according to the result of regional division. Finally,the feasibility of the scheme is analyzed. The practice results show that the feasibility of the operation and maintenance plan developed in this paper is high,which meets the operation and maintenance needs.
