煤制油项目循环换热分离器内件及设备改造

Modification for inner part of circulating heat exchanger separator and equipment of coal-to-oil project

潞安煤基清洁能源公司180万t煤制油项目,目前油品合成分厂费托合成装置正处于试生产准备阶段,参照神华宁煤400万t项目对循环换热分离器已完成技改,技改过程中内件固定方式为单螺帽链接。在水联运结束后检查发现循环换热分离器内件固定螺栓存在脱落现象,为保障后续工艺管道的畅通与阀门的正常工作特再次进行技改。

In 1 million 800 thousand t coal-to-oil project of Lu ’an Coal-based Clean Energy Company,at present,the Fischer synthesizer in oil synthesis plant is in the preparation stage of the trial production. Referring to the Shenhua coal 4 million t project,the circulating heat transfer separator has been completed,and the internal fixer is a single screw cap link in the process of technical modification. After the end of the water intermodal inspection,it is found that the internal part of the circulating heat transfer separator has the phenomenon of falling off. Thus,modification is needed so as to ensure the smooth operation of the subsequent process pipeline and the normal work of the valve.
