摘要
为了合理确定1604综放工作面采放比、放煤步距,结合矿井的煤层地质条件对1604综放面的采放比、放煤步距不同分组情况下的安全性进行模拟研究。结果表明:相同采高下,放煤步距越大,煤壁稳定性越差;相同放煤步距下采高越大,煤壁稳定性越差。该工作面采高控制在2.5 m^3.0 m之间,既保证了安全生产,又能提高顶煤的回收率。
In order to rationally determine the carving ratio and drawing interval of of 1604 fully-mechanized coal caving face,combined with coal seam geological conditions,the safety of the 1604 fully-mechanized caving face is simulated under the condition of different grouping of carving ratio,drawing interval. The results show that under the same mining height,the larger the drawing interval becomes,the worse the wall stability becomes; the higher the mining height is,the worse the wall stability is. The height of the working face is controlled between 2. 5 m ~ 3. 0 m,which not only ensures safe production,but also improves the recovery rate of top coal.
