摘要
公共服务动机是公共管理领域一个重要概念,在过去十几年中相关研究日益增加。许多学者围绕公共服务动机的定义、内容、影响因素、测量方法等开展了大量研究。为进一步提高公共服务动机文献研究的系统性,对196篇英文文献进行梳理,采用文献计量和社会网络分析(SNA)方法,研究个人特征、工作特征、工作环境等变量对公共服务动机的影响以及公共服务动机如何影响工作满意度、组织绩效、组织承诺。研究发现,公共服务动机与相关变量关系的研究结论仍存在较大差异,并探讨了公共服务动机研究的发展方向及其对中国学者的借鉴意义。
Public service motivation (PSM) is an important concept in the field of public administration, which attracts increasing related researches in the past decade. Many scholars have conducted a lot of researches around the definition, content, influencing factors, and measuring method of PSM. In order to promote the systematization of literature research on PSM, 196 pieces of English literature are reviewed. Methods of bibliometrics and social network analysis (SNA) are applied. The influence of variables of personal characteristics, position features and job environment, etc. are studied on PSM and how PSM influencing job satisfaction degree, organizational performance and organizational commitment. The research finds that bigger differences still exist in the research conclusion of relationship between PSM and related variables, and the developing trend and referencing significance are discussed for the research of Chinese scholars of PSM.
