关于电视行业PVT环节流程品质管控改善的探讨

随着电视行业客户订单的个性化需求增多,产品是否能快速并顺利地导入量产是现代供应链制造行业的重要课题,为了确保MP阶段的品质,需要通过PVT阶段来进行最终验证,以期新产品导入量产能做到质量(效率)提升、成本降低、交期提前,在竞争中立于不败之地。该文笔者结合所在电视行业新品PVT流程项目管理进行了研究,对新品开发流程中的PVT环节的流程及品质管控改善进行了分析,提出了完善的PVT流程体系,对同行起到了借鉴作用。

As the demand for customised orders in the TV industry increases,whether the product can seamlesslyenter mass production is a critical issue in the modern supply chain manufacturing industry.In order to ensurethe quality of the MP stage,the final verification is required through the PVT phase,with a view to new Productintroduction volume capacity to achieve quality （efficiency） improvement,cost reduction,delivery ahead of time,so as to place oneself abreast of competition.In this paper,the author has carried out research on the projectmanagement of new PVT process in the TV industry,analyzed the process and quality control improvement ofPVT in the new product development process,and proposed a perfect PVT process system,which has played areference role for the peers.
