动机性访谈在重型再生障碍性贫血患者健康教育中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨动机性访谈(MI)在重型再生障碍性贫血(SAA)患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:选取收治的110例患者作为研究对象,将2016年3~12月55例SAA患者作为对照组,采用常规健康教育;将2017年1~10月的55例SAA患者作为观察组,基于MI进行健康教育。比较两组干预前后一般自我效能感及治疗依从性。结果:干预后观察组一般自我效能感及治疗依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于MI的健康教育可以显著提升SAA患者的一般自我效能感和治疗依从性。 Objective: To explore the effect of motivational interview( MI) in health education of patients with severe aplastic anemia( SAA). Methods: A total of 110 patients admitted to the study were selected as the subjects,55 patients with SAA from March to December in2016 were used as the control group and and regular health education was used. 55 cases of SAA patients from January to October 2017 were used as observation groups,and health education was conducted based on motivational interviewing. The general self-efficacy and treatment compliance before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results: After intervention,the general self-efficacy and treatment compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Health education based on motivational interviewing can significantly improve the general self-efficacy and treatment compliance of patients with severe aplastic anemia.
