基于实践育人的高校学生党员志愿服务机制探索——以五邑大学学生党员社区服务为例

An Exploration of a Long-acting Mechanism for Volunteer Service by College Student CPC Members Based on Practice-based Education

在高校学生党员培养中引入"实践育人"理念,是践行社会主义核心价值观、提升党员质量的需要。高校-社区共建实践育人项目,可形成党建工作公益化、党员考核社会化、志愿服务精准化的新局面。学生党员志愿服务对拓展党员实践教育模式、提升高校人才培养成效、促进社区合作机制建设等方面具有重要意义。

Introducing the concept of"practice-based education"in the training of student CPC members in colleges and universities is the demand of practicing the socialist core values and enhancing the quality of Party members. The construction of practical education projects jointly by universities and communities can create a new situation in which Party building can be a social benefit,Party members' assessment can be socialized and volunteer service can be precise. The volunteer service of student party members is of great significance to expanding the practice model for educating Party members,enhancing the effectiveness of training of personnel in colleges and universities,and promoting the construction of a community cooperation mechanism.
