资源勘查类高职院校涉密资料管理问题的研究

A STUDY ON THE MANAGEMENT PROBLEM OF SECRET MATERIAL OF RESOURCE EXPLORATION TYPE HIGH PROFESSIONAL SCHOOL

资源勘查类高职院校资料档案中有部分内容涉密,这给资料管理和服务都带来一些问题。本文通过分析高职院校在教学实习、"产学研"活动,对涉密资料档案管理及使用进行了思考,提出应专门建立的涉密资料管理机构,健全完善管理制度;强化涉密档案的保密意识;加强信息化建设,提升涉密资料的管理和使用效益;加强涉密资料电子档案的安全管理,提升涉密资料档案管理的能力。

There are a part of secret material in the archiv the management and e of resoure exploration type of high professional service of material. In this paper, according to the analysis of teaching practice, “production, learn, study” activity of high professional school, we have con- sidered the management and use of secret material archive, and suggest that we must set up special management organism of secret material, improve and perfect the management organism, intensify- the maintain secrecy con- sciousness of secret archive, strengthen the informatization construction, improve the management and use effi- ciency of secret material, intensify- the safety management of electronic archive of secret material and improve the management capacity of secret material and archive.
