摘要
目的:建立甲基纤维素粒度与粒度分布的湿法测定方法。方法:使用马尔文2000激光粒度分析仪,湿法测定甲基纤维素的粒度与粒度分布。结果:3个厂家的10批样品粒度分布曲线均呈现双峰。粒径分布特征值d(0.1)在0.613~0.952μm范围,d(0.5)在2.397~81.270μm范围,d(0.9)在120.297~208.316μm范围。结论:本方法适用于甲基纤维素粒度与粒度分布测定。
Objective: To develop a wet method for determination of the particle size and particle size distribution of methylcellulose. Methods: The Malvern 2000 Laser Size Analyzer was used to measure the particle size and particle size distribution of methylcellulose by a met method. Results: The particle size distribution curves of ten samples from three factories include two peaks. The d( 0. 1) range was 0. 613 ~ 0. 952 μm,the d( 0. 5) range was 2. 397-81. 270 μm and the d( 0. 9) range was 120. 297 ~ 208. 316μm. Conclusion: The method is suitable for the particle size control of methylcellulose.
