摘要
目的:建立广海桐皮药材中6种重金属及有害元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析方法,测定6个批次广海桐皮中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜、铬6种重金属及有害元素的量。方法:广海桐皮经微波消解后,以Ge、In、Bi元素为内标,采用ICP-MS法测定6种重金属及有害元素的量。结果:检测了广海桐皮药材中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜、铬6种元素重金属及有害元素,相关系数r≥0.999 3,回收率在84.53%~105.28%之间,RSD%均小于6%。结论:该方法操作简便,分析速度快,灵敏度高,可用于广海桐皮中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜、铬6种重金属及有害元素的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the test for six heavy metals and other harmful elements in Bombacis Cortex.Methods: The samples,digested via microwave,calibrated by internal standard elements such as Ge、In、Bi,were inlet into ICP-MS to measure the contents of six heavy metals and harmful elements. Results: The ICP-MS results showed a good linearity within the selected concentration ranges( r≥0. 999 3); the average recovery was from 84. 53% to 105. 28%,while RSD were below 6%. Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the determination of six heavy metals and harmful elements in Bombacis Cortex.
