摘要
以某型号双级带叶冠涡轮盘电火花加工电极设计为例,分析了原电极设计的不足。通过改进设计方法,增加了电极厚度,设计了二合一的组合电极。最终,优化了电极的线切割工艺,缩短了安装、找正的时间,提高了加工效率。
A military product is taken as an study case to analyse design shortcoming of electrode in conventional electro-discharge machining. By improving structure and increasing thickness of electrode,an innovative 2-in-1 electrode combination is developed. As the result,the wire cutting technique is opotimized,the installation and alignment time is reduced and machining efficiency is enhanced.
