孟鲁司特钠联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia in Children

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法将我院2014年11月至2017年05月期间接收的81例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿随机分两组,试验组41例,对照组40例;对照组用阿奇霉素进行治疗;试验组在对照组基础上,联合使用孟鲁司特钠进行治疗。比较两组疗效及血清中CRP、IgG、IgA及IgM的含量变化。结果试验组治疗有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);咳嗽消退、体温恢复正常、痰液消失以及音消失的用时方面试验组均明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组免疫球蛋白各项指标的改善情况均明显优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论采用孟鲁司特钠结合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎患者,能有效促进患者康复,临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods From November 2014 to May 2017,81 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group（ n = 41 ）and control group（ n = 40）. Control group：treatment with azithromycin;experimental group：on the basis of the control group, combined with montelukast sodium. The curative effect and the serum levels of IgM and IgA were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;The time of cough subsiding, body temperature returning to normal, sputum disappearance and rale disappearance were significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group, statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;The improvement of immunoglobulin indexes in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children can effectively promote the re- covery of patients, of which the clinical effect is remarkable.
