摘要
本研究以采自江苏镇江和青海地区的两种野生毛苕子种子作为试验材料,初步对盐胁迫下毛苕子萌发、幼苗生长及生理指标进行研究。研究表明,盐胁迫下两种毛苕子的发芽率、株高、根长、苗鲜重、苗干重和叶绿素含量均随着Na Cl浓度的升高而降低。青海苕子的发芽率、苗鲜重和根鲜重要高于镇江苕子,镇江苕子株高和根长高于青海苕子。由此可见,盐胁迫下两种毛苕子不同指标对盐胁迫的响应之间存在着差异性。为此,本研究最后利用隶属函数对两种毛苕子的耐盐性进行评价,结果表明青海苕子种子对Na Cl的耐盐性要高于镇江苕子。
Two genolypes of vetches (Vicia villosa Roth) collected from Jiangsu and Qinghai provinces were used in this study, seeds germination, growth and physiology of the seedlings under salinity stress were investigated. The results showed that the germination rate, plant height, root length, seedling fresh weight, root fresh weight and chlorophyll content get decreased with increasing of NaC1 concentration. However, the germination rate, seedling and root fresh weight of Qinghai genotype were higher than Zhenjiang genotype, while the plant height and root length of Zhenjiang genotype were higher than Qinghai genotype. The results implied that response of the indexes were different under salinity- stress. Therefore, comprehensive evaluation according to subordinate function values analysis was used. The result showed that salt tolerance of Qinghai genotype was higher than that of Zhenjiang genotype.
