陕西省渭河管理保护现状及“一河一策”编制探讨

在充分摸清陕西省渭河现状的基础上,以渭河水资源、水域岸线、水污染、水环境、水生态、执法监管等方面的主要问题为导向,按照国家当前治水战略方针,拟定管理保护目标,梳理主要治理保护任务,制定具有针对性、可实施性、便于监督考核的具体措施。为陕西省主要江河河长制的全面落实进行有益探索,提供了科学支撑,为实现渭河河流生命健康、功能永续利用提供了保障。

On the basis of fully understanding the current situation of the Weihe River in Shaanxi Province, based on the main problems of the Weihe River water resources, waterfront coastline, water pollution, water environment, water ecology, law enforcement supervision, etc. According to the current national water management strategy, the proposed management protect the objectives, sort out the main governance protection tasks, and formulate specific measures that are targeted, implementable, and easy to monitor and evaluate. It has carried out beneficial exploration for the comprehensive implementation of the main rivers and rivers system in Shaanxi Province, and provided scientific support to provide a guarantee for the life and health and sustainable use of the Weihe River.
